Yes, genuinely. The flat is on Westbourne Park Road, and the famous blue door from the film is at number 280 — effectively across the street. You’ll see visitors stopping for photos most days, and Portobello Road, where much of the film wanders, is a two-minute walk.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Earlier check-ins and later check-outs are sometimes possible depending on the changeover — ask us and we’ll do our best (an extra charge can apply).
Up to four guests, in two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed — no sofa beds or compromises. One bedroom also has a dedicated desk if you need to work.
Yes. A refundable £300 deposit is held before check-in details are released, and refunded within 7 days of check-out.
For the security of the flat and our guests, everyone verifies their ID and e-signs a short rental agreement before arrival. It takes a couple of minutes online and keeps check-in completely smooth on the day.
Self check-in with a smart lock — no key handovers or waiting around. Full instructions arrive before your stay, once ID verification and the deposit are complete.
Yes — 21, unless accompanied by parents.
Very — children are welcome, and guests regularly stay as a family of four. A travel cot is always at the flat, and a high chair, baby bath and children’s tableware are available on request.
No — to keep the flat at its best for every guest, it’s strictly no smoking, no pets, and no parties or gatherings.
Yes — a private courtyard with outdoor furniture and a dining table, off the back of the flat, with the garden beyond. It’s a lovely spot for breakfast or an evening glass of wine.
Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park tubes are both about a 5-minute walk, there’s a bus stop right outside, and central London is 15–20 minutes away. Portobello Road is at the end of the street.

Yes — the flat is available for stays of 28 days or more, and the dedicated desk and full kitchen make it an easy place to settle into. Get in touch with your dates and we’ll help you directly.
